From Holiday Party to Fully Produced Experience
A Magical Case Study
Snapshot
Client: Private Firm
Event: Holiday Party
Scope: Full Entertainment Curation, Event Consulting, & Technical Production
Result: A high-energy, immersive evening guests are still talking about months later.
The Ask
They didn’t want “just a magician.” Instead, our client wanted an elevated experience featuring a variety of best-in-class performers in activations across the space throughout the evening. Could we create an evening where guests would be gasping and amazed in a unique and elegant occasion.
The Approach
We designed a layered experience instead of a single focal point.
A highly curated roster of world-class magicians, mentalists, and psychological illusionists created variety across the rooms. Close-up magic stations allowed guests to encounter moments of impossibility organically, while a short, high-impact show ran three times throughout the evening so guests could drop in on their own terms.
Beyond the Performances
We didn’t just provide talent but instead we worked with the client to shape the entire experience.
From event flow and layout to technical coordination, every element was designed to feel seamless. We were delighted to provide one point of contact with white glove from start to finish for a stress free planning experience.
The Result
The event exceeded all expectations of the client. The guests stayed engaged the whole night. With different suprises awaiting around every corner, guests explored and were frequently cheering, laughing, embracing, and discovering the real magic of an evening they wouldn’t soon forget.
Months later, it’s still being brought up. Not as “that holiday party with a magician,” but as something entirely its own.
Looking Ahead
For some events, a single performer is enough. But when the goal is something bigger, a fully produced experience changes the equation.
If you’re planning an event and want to explore what’s possible beyond a standalone performance, let’s talk.
Alexander Boyce is a sleight of hand artist and magician whose performances have been seen in The Magic Castle, The McKittrick Hotel, The Rainbow Room, Lincoln Center and many private corporate events around the world. He’s performed at company holiday parties, meetings, and theatrical shows in New York City, New Jersey, Connecticut, Brooklyn, Long Island, and all over the United States.
